At all time high.. oil prices continue to soar .. at $142 on Friday .. but the US dollar remained weak .. sending jitters to the business world out there. Doubled in the past year.. the oil prices has triggered inflation worries and US is not of much help.. since the economical growth did not do any better.

Seeing that Canadian dollars are even stronger than the US dollars last year.. i already anticipated alot of changes.. and had been worried constantly.. even though the economist in the United States had said.. that there were nothing to worry about. How much more impact is this going to be .. for the rest of the world..?? Watch closely.. else you will be hit.. and you don’t even know what is going on.

Moving out and paving way to a new government .. is what Nepal’s interim prime minister and the country’s peace architect is doing.   Declaring that he is given up the prime minister’s post during an assembly in Kathmandu.  Koirala’s decision to step down came from the mounting criticisms from the Maoists that the veteran politician was unwilling to hand power to them even when his party lost the elections in April.  At 83, he became prime minister and after weeks of protests, it forced the then King to end his brief rule and hand power to the political parties.

Another hot coffee case like Macdonald’s..?? A woman is suing Victoria Secret .. because she claimed that the metal piece in her thong.. came flying at her.. and hurt her eyes. 52 year old Macrida Patterson claimed that while putting on her underwear.. the metal piece used to secure the rhinestone on the thong popped out.. and attacked her. Well.. i used the word attack.. but firstly .. why is a 52 yrs old wearing a thong..?? and if she was just wearing her thong.. how did it get into her eyes..?? unless she was pulling it really hard.. or trying to stretch the thong.. and it dislodged itself.. because c’mon.. things don’t go flying at you .. and why is your face near your panties anyways..?? makes no sense to me.. ! and to me.. it’s another case of suing macdonalds.. because the coffee is hot. I may be wrong.. so i’m watching it darn closely… to see how ridiculous this case is.

This was indeed a very sad day.. when i heard on local news that Karissa Boudreau’s mother was charged with first degree murder of her 12 yrs old daughter..! I was kinda outraged.. to be honest..!! how the hell do you go killing your 12 yrs old daughter..???? Whatever she might have done.. it surely didn’t rendered her being killed.. and in such a horrible state.. ! left in ice.. in a cold winter day..!! it’s monstrous…!! Details were still not given.. as to how her mother caused her death.. but it is shocking.

Yes..!! shame on you .. Malaysian police.. and the government .. for letting this happen to a civilian..! no matter what the driver had done.. there was no need for it. There were as many as 30 policemen.. and there was no way.. the driver could have done anything to hurt them. Shame on the Malaysian government.. and the Prime Minister.. and all that is letting this happened..!

This will certainly go down in history..! unbelievable.. but Hilary Clinton ended her presidency campaign and urged her supporters to endorse Obama. Wow..!!! 18 million voted for Hilary I heard and it is said that this was the closest a woman has come to capturing a nomination.

Obama was thrilled and honored with Hilary’s support. I’m wondering if she will be asked to be the vice president..?? the running mate..?? Did Hilary really inspired millions..?? I don’t really know.. maybe .. i am just biased.. when it comes to the Clintons. As soon as Hilary announced her end, those that had pledged to support her took a 360 degree turn and released statements announcing that they are no backing Obama. Wow..!! now you see what fickle minded is eh. Some of the high profile supporters included those who had supported Bill Clinton when he became President. They include Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm, Maryland Senator Barbara Mikulski and Maine Gov. John Baldacci. The playing with politics is just as practical as one can get .. when it is not thick and thins we are talking about here.

Beijing warned foreigners to behave during the coming Olympics and said that protesting without permission and sleeping outdoors is banned. China had an extensive “do not” list written in Chinese.. and warned that even if you had tickets to the Olympics, it does not guarantees you a Visa..!

If you have STD or intent to prostitute yourself during the Olympics.. you will not be allowed to enter China, same if you are crazy.  Looks like Beijing is more obsessed about the stability of the country than ever.. and don’t want any hitch during the Olympics. For several months now.. China had been tightening the visa controls.. and residential permits for foreigner and even permits for places of entertainment.

But I’m pretty sure no one wants to get thrown into the jail in Beijing.. because I heard it is nasty.

Malaysians have come a long way .. from being a all muslim state to a state.. where they are able to speak up and stand up for themselves.  In the recent election, we see great changes in Malaysia.. that I never thought could or would happen in my lifetime.. but yes.. it did..!  The common man/blogger were elected to represent the ppl.

Lead by the opposition party, many upset Malaysians took to the streets of Kuala Lumpur and the northern town of Ipoh on Thursday after the Malaysian government increased pump prices by 40 percent overnight.  Yes.. 40% is insane..!  And I certainly don’t blame them for protesting… would you ..?? 

Malaysians relying heavily on subsidies for years, cannot comprehend why an oil producing country cannot continue to fuel subsidies amid rising prices and a slowing economy.  The Malaysians are said to not letting up .. until their government review the situation.
