When i read about the Chinese police fired on pilgrim protest and Tibetans wounded.. i cannot help but think of Tiananmen Square Massacre. That day was a very sad day.. I was in Beijing for work.. and was quickly evacuated by the company i worked for .. and sent home immediately.. but it was a very scary day. 100,000 students marched and gathered in Tiananmen Square and requested in vain to meet the Premier Li.

But he said that Tibetans should not try to disrupt the Olympics. “It will be futile and not helpful to anyone if we do something that will create hatred in the minds of the Chinese people,” he added.”
